The Pitch Suite is a private, design-forward meeting room at Green Relish, ideal for client presentations, team meetings, interviews, castings, creative reviews, and focused working sessions.
Designed for groups of 2–5 and expandable to 12, the room includes a large concrete conference table, 65" presentation display with HDMI and wireless screen sharing, high-speed Wi-Fi, natural light, flexible seating, and access to a catering-friendly alcove.
Located inside Green Relish, a production studio in Chicago's Logan Square/Avondale area, the Pitch Suite offers a more private and considered alternative to a conventional conference room.

Host rules
• Use is limited to the meeting, production, event, or related activity approved in the confirmed booking.
• Standard production bookings are limited to 25 people, including crew, talent, clients, and vendors. Larger productions require prior written approval.
• The Pitch Suite seats six. Expanded setups for up to 12 guests require advance arrangement.
• Reservation time includes access, setup, use, breakdown, reset, and departure. No one may enter before the booked start time without approval.
• Production equipment must use the rear alley entrance. The front entrance is for pedestrian access only.
• Hallways, entrances, sidewalks, and fire exits must remain clear.
• No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, glitter, or confetti.
• Alcohol requires prior approval and may only be consumed by guests age 21 or older.
• Animals require prior approval and must remain under the control of a handler.
• Nothing may be rigged, mounted, or attached to ceilings, walls, or structural elements without approval.
• Smoke or fog effects, flames, candles, gas equipment, water effects, paint, dyes, sand, soil, and similar materials require approval.
• Amplified sound must remain at reasonable levels and be reduced upon request.
• Productions and events require a certificate of insurance with minimum $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, naming Green Relish LLC and 2902 Armitage LLC as additional insureds. Insurance may be required for other bookings based on scope.
• Guests are responsible for damage, excess cleaning, trash, overtime, and unauthorized use.
• Guests must follow Green Relish staff instructions and all building and safety rules.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
