* The space is located at ground level with direct entry, making load-in simple and efficient

* Large doors and open access points allow for easy movement of equipment, including carts, cases, and production gear
* Ample free parking is available on-site, including space for buses, vans, and large trucks
* Guests should remain within their designated rental areas unless otherwise approved
* No smoking or vaping inside the facility
* Outside catering is allowed; all items must be removed at the end of your booking
* Alcohol is permitted with prior approval and must comply with all local laws and licensing requirements
* All bookings must include setup and breakdown time within the reserved window
* Proper footwear is required on all courts and turf surfaces
* Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their booking
* All trash and personal items must be cleared from the space at the end of your reservation
* Children under 16 must be supervised at all times
* Any special requests (filming, camera adjustments, large equipment load-in, etc.) must be communicated and approved in advance
