Milieu by DPS is a retro-inspired venue in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. The space features a 1970s-style interior with modern amenities and can accommodate up to 50 guests for small events, productions, and gatherings.
The venue includes on-site amenities such as folding chairs, hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, a Roku TV with soundbar, a Bluetooth JBL Boombox, and AirPlay compatibility for Apple devices. Optional rentals are available, including tables, a mini refrigerator, coolers, a backdrop stand, a neon sign, and small party add-ons. We also offer staffing services such as a bartender, barista or hookah service.
Prices
Prior checking out, please remember to add on if your event, meeting, or production booking will have outside food/catering ($25/flat rate), brining your own alcoholic drinks ($25/flat rate), or/and bringing your own non-alcoholic beverages ($25/flat rate). All add-ons are optional only if not providing any outside foods/snacks, catering, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Before checking out, please remember to add an option if your event, meeting, or production requires additional tables beyond the two wooden round tables included with your booking.
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. Please include setup and teardown time in your reservation.

HOUSE RULE – NOISE & MUSIC POLICY
To comply with noise reduction regulations in our residential neighborhood, we enforce stricter guidelines prohibiting DJs, amplified music, and live bands. Requests for DJ or live music cannot be accommodated.
You may use our JBL Boombox on site at 25–30% volume, keeping the sound at conversational level. Encourage guests to avoid yelling or shouting over the music — that’s usually louder than the boombox!
Music must be turned off by 10:00 PM to comply with Chicago quiet hours.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work with the Pilsen community and property management to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
Important rules:
• Do not touch or use items on shelves or any glassware.
• Ice is not provided.Refrigerator access is not included (mini fridge optional).
• Entry access code is sent one day before your booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
