General Rules
* Security cameras are active on the property. Do not cover or block cameras—doing so may result in a fine and immediate booking termination.
* Late check-outs require written approval. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which hourly fees apply.
* Lost items may be returned upon request. Retrieval is subject to a handling fee plus shipping costs. Please check thoroughly before leaving.
* Trash collection is on Tuesdays. If staying during this time, place bins on the sidewalk Monday evening or Tuesday morning. A removal fee applies if trash is left behind.
* Maintenance hours are:
* Monday to Friday: 8am–8pm EST
* Saturday: 9am–5pm EST
* Sunday: Based on contractor availability
Issues reported outside these hours will be addressed the next day.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
