Fees:
- Early check-in: $50
- Late check-out: $50
- Lost key replacement: $50
Security Deposit:
A refundable $150 security deposit is required, separate from the booking fee, to cover any potential damages. This ensures the space is returned to its original condition, with all furniture, appliances, cookware, and utensils intact, trash removed, and restroom cleaned.
The deposit will be fully refunded 48 hours after your departure, provided there are no damages.

Host rules
- Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, hookah, etc.) is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Only flush toilet paper; dispose of all other items in waste bins.
- Infants under 1-year-old are not allowed on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
- Booked time must include both setup and breakdown periods.
- Glitter, confetti, and wall tape are strictly prohibited.
- Property access instructions will be provided once payment is confirmed; access will not be granted until payment is received.
- Check-in and check-out details will be sent to you before your event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
