Host rules
1. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
2. Check-out is at 10:00 AM (late check-out is $25 per hour and must be arranged in advance with your host).
3. Candle usage is not allowed.
4. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, a smoking fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
5. The use of any illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited.
6. Any damage to linens or towels will be charged at the current market value.
7. All trash must be bagged and compressed before departure.
8. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and leave it running upon departure. Failure to do so may result in a $75 charge for unclean dishes.
9. The number of guests must not exceed what is listed in your reservation.
10. No parties of any kind are allowed. Unauthorized parties will incur a $350 charge.
