* Noise must remain reasonable. Loud music or amplified sound is only allowed during designated events and must end by 9 PM unless approved.
* Events must end at the booked time; extra time requires prior arrangement.
Food & Clean-Up
* Guests must handle basic clean-up, including disposing of trash and restoring the space to its original condition.

* No pets allowed unless they are service animals or part of a pre-approved therapeutic event.
