Room features: The room supports remote and hybrid meetings, providing a flatscreen TV for presentations and conference-call facilities with integrated PA/speakers. A wall-mounted whiteboard is available for notes and quick sketches.

Roam requires that all food and beverage service be provided by the venue to ensure the best quality for your event. Bringing in outside food and/or beverage may also result in an additional charge of up to 30% of your room rental total.
Client is responsible for any damages on the part of attendees during the event, which are not considered ordinary wear and tear. Charges will be added according to the current market costs to replace or repair any damaged property, including but not limited to labor to repair and the market cost of any damaged property.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
