Full audio/visual capabilities, a webcam for virtual meetings, and a conference phone enhance your ability to communicate effectively. Additionally, a whiteboard is available for brainstorming sessions and jotting down key ideas.
To make your experience even more convenient, the Focus room offers complimentary 3-hour parking validation. Whether you're hosting a detailed client consultation or a collaborative team meeting, this thoughtfully designed space provides all the amenities necessary for a successful and efficient session.

Client is responsible for any damages on the part of attendees during the event, which are not considered ordinary wear and tear. Charges will be added according to the current market costs to replace or repair any damaged property, including but not limited to labor to repair and the market cost of any damaged property.
Roam requires that all food and beverage service be provided by the venue to ensure the best quality for your event. Bringing in outside food and/or beverage may also result in an additional charge of up to 30% of your room rental total.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
