About this space
The studio is a bright rectangular room with a low suspended ceiling and a grid of recessed ceiling panels. Full-height windows run along one side, the floor is light-coloured resilient dance flooring, and one wall has full-length mirrors and ballet barres.
Room features: A PA system and speakers provide in-room playback for music and direction. Air conditioning controls temperature during long sessions and Wi‑Fi supports tethered shooting and file transfers.
Best for: Choreography and dance filming, movement-focused photography, fitness-class recordings and rehearsal or workshop documentation.
What sets it apart: A wheelchair-accessible layout and on-site accessible toilets remove step-free access barriers for productions requiring disability access.

Studio Usage
Studio footwear is restricted to barefoot / socks, ballet shoes and clean non-marking character shoes only. Kindly advise the date(s) and timing(s) that you are interested in and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Hirer is to take responsibility for the cleanliness of the studio during and after use. Please ensure that no damages are done to the studio. All costs of damages dealt during the duration of use will be borne by the Hirer.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
