About this space

Dance Studio 2 is a dedicated space for movement and creative work, set up with dancers and artists in mind.

It’s on Level 5 of GR.iD Mall, close to Dhoby Ghaut and Bencoolen MRT, and right next to SOTA, so it’s easy to reach.

The studio is around 880 sqft and fits up to 30 people. Mirrored walls make it great for training and choreography, and the windows bring in plenty of natural light. If you need a more private setup, you can just close the blinds.

You’ll have everything you need on hand, including a Bluetooth sound system, ceiling and spot lighting, and air conditioning. Access is simple too, with a QR code lock.

It works well for dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, or other arts-based sessions.

Address: 1 Selegie Road, GR.iD Mall, #05-01/02. It’s about a 2-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT and around 5 minutes from Bencoolen MRT.

L5 Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Access & Entry
- QR Activation: Valid from 10 mins before start until the exact end of your booking. No grace period.
- QR codes are limited to designated entrances and booked studio(s). Kindly ensure all belongings are cleared before your time expires.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Strict Policy: Cancellations or amendments within 3 days of the slot incur a 100% fee.
- For cancellation requests or waiver appeals: Email info@oschool.com.sg. O School reserves the final right of decision.

3. Equipment & Damages
- Liability: Hirers are liable for any damage to equipment, furniture, or utilities.
- Maintenance: Return all items to their original positions. Report malfunctions immediately via WhatsApp @ 82858707 with photos.
- For Guidelines: Refer to laminated in-studio instructions for facility use.

4. House Rules
- Cleanliness: No food or sugary drinks allowed in studios. You must remove all your rubbish.
- Conduct: Space is strictly for arts-related use. Respect the studio and fellow patrons.
- Security: 24/7 CCTV is in operation. Ensure doors are closed properly upon exit.

5. Emergency & Safety
- Procedures: Follow exit signs. Use exit buttons/break-glass for main doors. Please adhere to clear exit signs and use stairwells during fire emergencies.
- In case of injuries, seek immediate assistance and notify us promptly through WhatsApp @ 82858707. Please note that we are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the studio facilities.
