About this space

Level 28 (28A) is an Event Space in a WeWork - 9 Battery Road; a flexible top-floor communal room arranged to support a mix of work and social activity.

Design: An open interior fitted with warm hardwood floors and white ceilings, organised into informal zones using low sofas, bench runs and rugs. The proportions are shallow and rectangular, and the finish is contemporary and uncluttered to support adaptable layouts.

Features: A ceiling-mounted projector and pull-down screen sit at one end of the room alongside an integrated PA and speaker system. The room contains movable tables and lounge seating, a recreational table, building Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and it permits own-music playback. The space is wheelchair accessible and benefits from a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small teams and creative groups seeking an informal, reconfigurable space for collaborative sessions, presentations and relaxed networking.

What sets it apart: A private outdoor terrace on the 28th floor that provides elevated marina views and direct access from the room.

What guests say: The room provides fast, stable Wi‑Fi and generous flexible floor area that visitors find easy to work in.
