If the room is found to be dirty or any equipment is found to be damaged after use, Kampong Kolab at its discretion, may charge the cost of cleaning and/or repair to the user which may not be only limited to the security deposit.

Engagement of external F&B or catering services is permitted, subject to a fixed cleaning surcharge.

Set-Up & Handover

All set-up and clearing activities must be completed within the allocated booking time. Extension of time is subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Condition of Use

Equipment and furnishings must be handled with care and used according to staff instructions.

Unauthorized reconfiguration or tampering is prohibited.

Technical assistance outside standard checks or the initial one time onboarding may be subject to additional charges.

Check-Out Inspection

Kampong Kolab staff will inspect facilities before and after use.

Damages, loss, or misuse will be charged to the booking party at Kampong Kolab’s discretion.
