The studio is a long, rectangular room with a relatively high ceiling and timber-effect flooring that gives a flat, neutral working surface. The space is lit by recessed ceiling lights and has a full-length mirrored wall that reflects activity for movement work.

Room features: Air conditioning provides stable climate control for extended sessions, and natural daylight can be used alongside the ceiling lighting to shape ambient exposure for stills or video.

Best for: Group yoga and Pilates classes, movement and fitness filming, instructor-led wellness videos and small rehearsal sessions.

What sets it apart: A mezzanine gallery provides elevated camera positions or an overlooking area for class direction.
