Host rules
1. No smoking in the building.
2. Outside catering is allowed.
3. No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
4. Keep noise levels to a reasonable volume, especially after 10pm.
5. Respect the equipment and furniture; any damage will be charged to the responsible party.
6. No illegal activities are permitted.
7. Dispose of trash properly and keep the space tidy.
8. Any decorations must be approved beforehand and must not damage the walls or furniture.
9. Guests must vacate the premises by the agreed end time.
10. No pets allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
