The room is a long, narrow boardroom centred on a single rectangular table, finished in neutral beige tones and soft-textured wall panels. The ceiling has recessed light coffers and floor-to-ceiling glass doors at one end that admit daylight.
Room features: Presentation and remote meetings are supported by a ceiling-mounted projector, a flatscreen TV and integrated conference-call facilities. A PA system and speakers amplify audio and a whiteboard plus flipchart provide space for notes; the room is air-conditioned.
