Bearyfun Studio is a bright, minimalist event studio defined by neutral, adaptable interiors and clean modern finishes.
Design: The main space features pale wood flooring, high white walls and a simple ceiling with recessed lighting that keep sightlines open. Furnishings centre on a long wooden table and cane-backed chairs for a pared-back, Scandinavian-influenced appearance.
Features: A long central table and matching cane chairs provide a prepared seating layout for meetings or communal dining. A PA system and speakers are installed and hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, and the venue includes accessible toilets, step-free entrance and wheelchair access.
Ideal for: Creative teams and small social groups seeking a relaxed, seated workshop or a low-key standing reception.
What sets it apart: An integrated arched feature wall with built-in illumination provides a ready-made photo and display backdrop.

Host Rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event space and throughout the building.
Sitting in public areas or leaving trash is not allowed. Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbances.
Refrain from using tapes, nails, or any adhesives on walls, furniture and floor.
No confetti.
No pets.
Breaching our house rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

During Check-out:
Make sure to vacate the venue on time.
Ensure basic cleanliness after your event, including disposing of all trash in the provided bins.
Move furniture back to original position before leaving the venue. Charges also apply for any damage or loss of items.
Please switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliances before leaving.
Additional $100 reinstatement fee will be charged for:
Vomit outside of toilets.
Spills or stains on furniture, floors, or walls.
Any physical damage like scratches or holes.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
