If your intention is to have a play zone, then book this place, but if you are hosting an event, not much space to keep food, hang out. Unreasonable hosts who claimed we damaged the unlocking keypad/keys when we did not. Eventually scammed of our deposit.
We also found leftover food from previous party left rotting in the fridge and had to clean it ourselves.

the arcade machines, basketball and darts machine, mahjong machine were great at keeping guest entertained, place was very cosy and more than enough space for 20 of us

Staff is prompt to answer on my quiry and also send reminder 1 day prior to the event date which may be small details to others but I feel that was very thoughtful of them doing that. I had difficulty to open the door however the staff patiently guided me on it. 👍
Door lock needs to be change, too complicated and I wasted almost 15 mins trying to get in. Cleaning fee chargeable of $150 was quite expensive compared to other event places and we done our part to clean away our decor and clear those trash with food inside. However was told we need to clear all of the trash bin and still require to put in the garbage bag in each bin. Then what’s the purpose for me paying the cleaning fee which I feel the replacement shld be done by the cleaning staff instead.

The place was easily accessible. Carpark lots at the front and open carpark at the back with backdoor entrance. Alot of equipment and game machines. Table and chairs also provided. Nice event space
The aircon was abit insufficient. Felt abit warm once the guests started to come in.
