No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Decorations – Only freestanding or removable décor is allowed. Please avoid using nails, glue, tape, or any materials that may cause damage to walls or furniture.
Respect the Space – Treat the venue, furniture, and all equipment with care. Any damages may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
Noise Control – Please keep noise levels within reasonable limits to avoid disturbance to neighbouring units.
Food & Drinks – Outside catering is allowed. Please dispose of waste properly after use.
Set-Up & Pack-Down – Include your set-up and clean-up time within your booking hours.
Security Deposit – A refundable deposit may be required depending on event type.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
