A bright 1,500 sq ft executive apartment with a warm, Muji-inspired interior. Available for film shoots, photography, interviews, and branded content.

The apartment located near Ubi MRT. It is finished in light wood and soft neutral colours, with clean lines and a relaxed, lived-in feel. The open-plan layout also gives crews enough room to move equipment around and set up wider shots.

Two feature partitions help create depth and natural framing: a Japanese-inspired reeded-glass panel and a wood-slat screen. Both can be filmed from several angles.

There are plenty of distinct setups around the apartment:
