• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, gambling, parties, loud music or disruptive activities are allowed
• Guests must keep noise at a reasonable level and avoid disturbing neighbouring units or common areas
• Children must be supervised by the hirer or trainer at all times
• The space must not be used for illegal, unsafe, offensive or unauthorised activities
• Food and drinks are allowed only with prior approval. Guests must keep the space clean and dispose of rubbish properly
• Furniture, tables, chairs and equipment must be used carefully and returned to their original position after use
• No items may be pasted, nailed, drilled, painted or fixed onto walls, doors, glass panels, furniture or fittings without prior approval
• Guests must not damage, misuse or remove any furniture, fixtures, teaching materials, equipment or centre property
• Any damage, loss or excessive mess may result in additional charges
• Guests must leave the space on time. Extension of usage is subject to prior approval and availability
• All lights, air-conditioning and electrical appliances must be switched off after use unless instructed otherwise
