Allowed events

Host rules

-Strictly no pets & smoking within our venue. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor rooftop.
-F&B are not allowed at ping pong table and carpeted area.
-No shifting or sitting on ping pong table.
-Please keep all activities within the venue and noise at a reasonable volume to prevent neighbors' complaint and police activation.
-CCTV is in use for security & safety reasons, do not cover any of the cameras. All illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
-Venue should be reasonably tided up by the end of the event, additional cleaning fee will be imposed for failing to:
-Decors and party poppers must be removed
-Any spillage or mess to be cleaned up
-Clear all trash to the green bin at level 1
-Furniture must be returned to the original position
-Before leaving the venue, please ensure:
-All air conditioning, lights and AV system have to be switched off
-Ensure that the main door digital lock is locked

The team over at Norris House were very professional from even before the time I booked the place to after my event. They provided me all the information I needed and that made the booking process with them through Tag Venue so much more easier. Every picture that you see of Norris House is true to what it is in person - The whole venue was clean and picture perfect when I arrived! For the amount that you pay, they'll also provide you with a free viewing on a date before the day of your event (of course, subjected to availability). And during the day of the party, the Norris House staff greeted me and showed me the ins and outs of the house - Super helpful and what they say about how they just want the best for you is very true. If anything, you'll also get a free 30-minute grace period either before or after the party to either set-up or tear down. The team isn't super strict on the house rules, but just as long as you follow the major rules, you'll be fine! Treat the team with respect and you'll be respected as well ❤️ Thank you team Norris House!

The place is bright, airy and suits the Bali theme well. There is ample space to set up a buffet area and we are allowed to move the furniture aside for party games.

Even though place is generally clean, if you look deeper, you may notice some areas which are not really well-maintained or perfect. The area leading to the rooftop is a bit run-down and the roof top itself is not really comfortable in hot weather. Price-wise this place quite costly compared to other event spaces, which is why we were expecting higher standards. Also 5 hours is not really much time, but to take the 12-hour slot is too expensive. The $800 refundable deposit is also quite costly.

The location was great, and the venue provided many facilities that kept our guests happy. We hosted about 45 pax and it was the perfect size, as guests could mingle in different areas. Perfect for a child's birthday party, lots of games to keep kids and adults happy.

Fridge wasn't working well so we had to use the freezer to cool our drinks. Reported to the venue team and they are fixing it.
