We booked this space through TagVenue for a workshop and paid in full, only to find out after payment that every single person attending would need to locate a security guard to tap a card each time they wanted to use the elevator to access the floor. Not once on arrival, but every single trip up. To be clear, building-level security is completely reasonable and expected. What is not reasonable is a setup where workshop attendees, who will naturally be moving in and out throughout the day, are dependent on finding a security guard every time they need to use the lift. For a workshop format, this is simply not workable. What made this more frustrating was that this information was not disclosed anywhere before payment: not on the TagVenue listing, not during our numerous correspondence with the space through the platform, and not on the space's own website. We only learned about it after payment was made, when the space reached out to us directly to tell us. By that point, their strict no-refund policy meant there was no recourse whatsoever. If you are considering booking this space, please make sure you fully understand the access arrangements before paying. And to the space: this is material information that prospective clients deserve to know upfront, especially when you hold a no-refund policy.

We are extremely satisfied with this venue. The location is very convenient and easy to find, and the facilities are well-equipped and well-maintained. The staff are also very helpful and attentive. We would definitely book this venue again in the future.
