Minimum booking: 3 hours (setup/teardown must be inside your slot).
Capacity: 24 pax with tables (28 theatre). Please do not exceed.
Use type: training, workshops, meetings; no public ticketed events.
Noise: office level; no amplified music or PA.
Alcohol: BYO for private sessions only; no sales on premises.
Catering: light snacks/coffee/tea allowed. Keep odours minimal; bring disposable ware.
Clean & reset: bag all rubbish, wipe whiteboard, return tables/chairs to starting layout.
Excessive mess: S$80 deep-clean fee if spills/food waste/stains/unreset furniture are left.
Walls & fixtures: Blu-tack only; no tape, nails, or drilling.
Equipment: 85″ 4K screen (HDMI/USB-C) and whiteboard wall included. No flip chart/projector provided.
Hot-desk overflow: available by request (up to 10 seats).
Smoking/vaping: not allowed anywhere on the premises.
