Our professional administrative and secretarial services, technical assistance, and consumables catering (available upon request) are available on a pay-as-you-use basis, allowing you to stay within your budget while still delivering excellence and professionalism to your clients.
In addition to our comprehensive support services, we also offer a range of superb food and beverage options for our tenants, including lattes, cappuccinos, and an assortment of teas, as well as water. And with all the necessary business support tools readily available for all meetings, you can rest easy knowing that any added expenses will be kept to a minimum.
Prices
Meeting room rates include usage of the stated in-room equipment and Wi-Fi access.
The above rates are applicable only during the centre’s operating days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (excluding Public Holidays, and Centre closures).
A minimum booking duration of one (1) hour is required for all meeting rooms.
Boardroom seating is the default room setup. Requests for alternative seating arrangements (e.g. classroom, theatre, or U-shape) will incur a labour charge starting from S$100.
For setup requirements accommodating 20 persons or more, a minimum booking duration of two (2) hours will apply.
Catering services can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for further details.
A surcharge and clearing fee of S$5 per person will apply for externally catered food and beverages brought into the premises.

Please note that our operating hours are from Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Any after offices hours will have an additional charge from $150/hr for admin surcharge and air-con extension from $90/hr.
