Host rules
Minimum 2 hours of booking is required for all users
All users must book in advance - 24 hours for weekday bookings, 48 hours for weekend bookings
All users must make full payment and sign the terms & conditions form prior to their booking
All users should respect the studio by taking care of the space and equipment
Eating is not allowed in the studio
Drinks must be disposed of outside of the studio
The Hive Coworking Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes
Users given an access card for weekend bookings must bring their card. if the card is forgotten or misplaced, a penalty will be charged.
Users must return all equipment to where it was placed at the end of their shoot. if any equipment was taken by the user by accident or intentionally, a penalty or further charges will be made.

Perfect studio! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to MRT and very accessible too.
I liked how Satish handled a booking issue that was not his fault. Very professional. It was not his fault but he did not waste time pointing fingers or avoiding blame. Instead he offered workable solutions which I appreciated. I have booked further slots at the Podcast Studio.

The Hive Studios is a set of 2 full-sized professional photography studios set within the Hive Lavender, with a café, lounge, and meetings rooms - all of which can be booked by Members and Non-members alike.
Our aim has been to build the most attractive photo studios in Singapore. Where Singapore's finest photographers can shoot commercial shoots in the comfort of the Hive - Asia's leading creative spaces.
Creative freelancers, photographers, writers, bloggers, editorial teams, and fashion companies can make use of these beautiful facilities. All are reasonable rates and with the warmest service.
