About this space

The Balai Include Alfresco is The Initial Sama's single-room venue, a compact, evenly proportioned space defined by a clean, minimal interior and an uncluttered plan.

Design: The interior presents a neutral, modern aesthetic with light timber floors, soft coved ceiling lighting and pared-back fittings. The room's low columns and simple mouldings keep sightlines open and maintain a calm, orderly appearance.

Features: The Balai Include Alfresco includes a wall-mounted screen and an integrated PA system with speakers, alongside movable boardroom tables on castors and stackable chairs. The space is air-conditioned and served by venue Wi‑Fi. The venue permits external DJs subject to set noise restrictions and provides step-free access, wheelchair-accessible toilets and accessible entrances.

Ideal for: Small professional groups and intimate social gatherings that need a seated, orderly layout and a calm, modern setting.

What sets it apart: A private paved alfresco terrace directly accessible from the main room.
