About this space

Bring your group together in the newly extended lobby and covered garden patio at K2 Guesthouse. Warm wood finishes, orange lounge chairs, round tables and bar-style counter seating give birthdays, team gatherings, community meetups, networking sessions and small workshops a relaxed setting.

The two areas form one semi-private event space within our operating guesthouse, accommodating 30–35 guests overall depending on layout, with a maximum of 35. Seating includes 13 places in the air-conditioned lobby and up to 25 on the covered, non-air-conditioned side. We agree on the event area, guest access and layout before each booking.

Existing tables, chairs and Wi-Fi are included. Hire starts at S$80 per hour on weekday daytime and S$100 per hour for evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a three-hour minimum. BYO food and catering are welcome by prior arrangement, with no catering buyout fee. Please arrange refreshments separately; guest kitchen access is unavailable.

Find us at 15 South Buona Vista Road, near Haw Par Villa and Pasir Panjang MRT stations on the Circle Line. Bus 200 connects Buona Vista MRT to our doorstep. Street and nearby parking are subject to availability and local charges; parking is outside the hire package.

To respect guests staying at K2, gatherings should remain quiet. The space is smoke-free and alcohol-free, including BYO alcohol. Setup and packing down must fit within the booked time. Overnight accommodation can be arranged separately, subject to availability.
