This versatile, private 150 sq. ft. studio is the ideal hybrid space for practicing musicians, tutors, and small teams. Designed to maximize utility without sacrificing comfort, the room is packed with a wide variety of musical instruments, making it a perfect creative hub for lessons or jam sessions. The space is sound treated with curtains, helping to dampen noise and create a more focused, distraction-free environment. The carpeted floor adds extra sound absorption and keeps the room cozy.

The space is fully equipped for collaboration, featuring a large whiteboard for tuition, meetings, or group classes, and a flexible seating arrangement with over 10 chairs. A foldable table allows you to easily reconfigure the room—set it up for a group tuition class, a team meeting, or clear it away to utilize the open floor space.
