Strictly no smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited anywhere in the unit or the building, in line with NEA regulations.

2. Damage
You are responsible for any damage to the space, fixtures, flooring, walls, lighting, air-conditioning or furnishings caused during your booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged in full to the booking party.

3. Food and drink
Light refreshments are welcome. No cooking, open flames, portable stoves or hot plates. No durians or strong-smelling food. Alcohol is not permitted.

4. Timing
Your booking includes setup and packing time. Please vacate by your end time and ensure doors are locked before leaving.

5. Noise and conduct
Keep noise at a level considerate to neighbouring units. Amplified music, loud audio and physical activities such as dance or exercise classes are not permitted

6. Permitted use
The space is for permitted use only. No commercial retail sales, no overnight stays, no parties or celebratory events, and no activity that is unlawful or breaches building regulations.

7. Breach
We reserve the right to end a session immediately, without refund, for any breach of these rules.
