Professional controlled COB LED lighting is pre-rigged before you arrive — no setup, no waiting, no scrambling with softboxes when your subject is already in the door. Electric paper backdrop and cloth stand backdrop systems are both available with a range of colours, and a full prop library including baskets, blankets, decorative items, and themed seasonal props is included with every booking.

The space is yours exclusively for your booked slot — no concurrent bookings, no interruptions, no other clients in the studio. Sole access from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.

PAWNEKO CREATIVE STUDIO — SELF-SHOOT VENUE RULES

By booking Pawneko Creative Studio, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Time
Your booking includes setup, shooting and cleanup. Please arrive and vacate on time. Overtime is charged at $60 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

2. Capacity
Maximum capacity is 10 persons unless prior written approval is obtained.

3. Studio & Equipment
You are responsible for the studio, equipment, props and furnishings during your rental. Please use everything with care and return the space to its original condition.

4. Fixtures & Backdrops
Do not move, remove, modify or tamper with permanent fixtures, electrical fittings, lighting or the backdrop system.

5. Damages
Damage to the studio, flooring, walls, backdrops, lighting, equipment, furniture or props may be charged to the booking client. An itemised cost summary will be provided.

6. Pets
Cats are welcome! 🐾 Pets must remain under your supervision at all times. You are responsible for any damage, mess or incidents caused by your pet. Carriers must be securely closed when entering and exiting.

7. Food & Drinks
Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only and must not enter the shoot area.

8. Personal Belongings
Pawneko Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

9. Subletting
Bookings may not be resold, transferred or sublet.

10. Rented Equipment
Rented equipment must remain inside the studio and is the renter's responsibility. Damage beyond normal use may be charged.

11. Safety & Conduct
No illegal, hazardous or damaging activities are permitted. Keep exits and walkways clear.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and accept responsibility for yourself and your guests during the rental.
