Situated at the heart of Tee Side Chalet, the Central Green is a spacious open-air lawn surrounded by our bungalow chalets and lush greenery. This versatile outdoor venue is ideal for corporate team-building activities, family days, outdoor weddings, community events, sports activities, carnival setups, tent pitching and camping, and private celebrations.
The expansive grass field provides enough space for large-group gatherings, event installations, marquee tents, inflatables, recreational programmes, as well as tent pitching and camping. Its central location within the chalet allows guests to enjoy a relaxed and private atmosphere while remaining close to the venue's accommodation, amenities, and beachfront surroundings.
Whether you're planning an energetic outdoor programme or a laid-back social gathering, the Central Green offers a flexible blank canvas that can be transformed to suit a wide range of event concepts and group sizes.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping within indoor spaces or sheltered event areas.
• No gambling, illegal activities, drugs, or prohibited substances on the premises.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Guests must keep noise levels at a reasonable level and comply with all venue staff instructions.
• Excessive noise, amplified music, DJs, live bands, or external sound systems may be subject to prior approval and venue restrictions.
• Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM onwards. Guests are required to be considerate of neighbouring guests and surrounding residents.
• PMDs, e-scooters, and similar personal mobility devices are not permitted within event spaces.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, facilities, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their booking.
• Furniture, fixtures, and venue equipment should not be relocated without prior approval from the venue management.
• Open flames, fireworks, lantern releases, and hazardous materials are not permitted.
• All event setups, decorations, and installations must be approved by the venue where applicable.
• Guests are required to leave the venue in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon completion of their event.
For the Multi-Purpose Court:
• Sports activities, inflatables, temporary structures, and large event installations must be declared in advance during the booking process.
For the Central Green:
• Tentage, stages, inflatables, carnival equipment, and large-scale event structures are subject to venue approval and applicable permits where required.
