The German Centre Lobby is an Event Space in the German Centre Singapore and functions as a large, open-plan reception lobby defined by a flexible, column-spaced layout and ample natural light.
Design: The lobby presents a modern, functional finish with timber-effect flooring, exposed structural columns and a high ceiling fitted with linear black slats and recessed strip lighting, producing a clean, neutral backdrop for different set-ups.
Features: The space provides venue Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a PA system, and it permits own music or an external DJ. The open-plan floor clears for standing receptions or presentation layouts, and the area is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Corporate teams and professional groups seeking a polished, social standing reception or a presentation-style gathering with easy circulation and networking.

If the client wishes to cancel the event, the German Centre shall be notified at least 30 days before the event date. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail to the German Centre.
If the German Centre is notified of the above-mentioned cancellation less than:
15 to 30 days: 50% of the total fee will be charged
8 to 14 days: 75% of the total fee will be charged
7 days or less: 100% of the total fee will be charged
House Rules
1. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Kindly use the designated outdoor smoking area.
2. Food & Beverages
Light snacks and drinks are permitted. Please avoid food with strong odours and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
3. Cleanliness
Leave the room as you found it. Please clear personal items, rubbish, and used materials after your session.
4. Furniture & Equipment
Do not move furniture or equipment without prior approval. Any damages will be charged to the organiser.
5. Noise Levels
Please keep noise to a reasonable level so as not to disturb other tenants in the building.
6. Time Management
Ensure your meeting ends on time. Additional usage beyond your booking may incur extra charges.
