Located at the entrance of Tee Side Chalet, the Multi-Purpose Court (ES4) is a spacious sheltered venue designed to accommodate large-scale events, group activities, and all-weather programmes. Housed within a marquee structure and equipped with lighting and ceiling fans, the space provides a comfortable environment for guests regardless of weather conditions.
The versatile layout makes it ideal for corporate retreats, team-building activities, sports and recreational programmes, community events, training workshops, family days, youth camps, and large group gatherings. Its sheltered setting also serves as a reliable wet-weather contingency venue for outdoor events held within the resort.
With its generous floor area, easy accessibility, and proximity to the chalet grounds, the Multi-Purpose Court offers organisers a flexible event space that can be configured to suit a wide variety of event formats and group sizes.

• No smoking or vaping within indoor spaces or sheltered event areas.
• No gambling, illegal activities, drugs, or prohibited substances on the premises.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Guests must keep noise levels at a reasonable level and comply with all venue staff instructions.
• Excessive noise, amplified music, DJs, live bands, or external sound systems may be subject to prior approval and venue restrictions.
• Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM onwards. Guests are required to be considerate of neighbouring guests and surrounding residents.
• PMDs, e-scooters, and similar personal mobility devices are not permitted within event spaces.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, facilities, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their booking.
• Furniture, fixtures, and venue equipment should not be relocated without prior approval from the venue management.
• Open flames, fireworks, lantern releases, and hazardous materials are not permitted.
• All event setups, decorations, and installations must be approved by the venue where applicable.
• Guests are required to leave the venue in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon completion of their event.
For the Multi-Purpose Court:
• Sports activities, inflatables, temporary structures, and large event installations must be declared in advance during the booking process.
For the Central Green:
• Tentage, stages, inflatables, carnival equipment, and large-scale event structures are subject to venue approval and applicable permits where required.
