This is a cosy Level 2 shophouse space that works well for smaller workshops, private celebrations, or just getting people together. You can set the layout up for seated discussions, classroom-style sessions, or keep it more open for casual mingling.

Since it’s part of Dona Manis, you can also add our bakes to your event - banana pies and a mix of pastries and desserts.

Rules of the Space

- No smoking is permitted within the premises at all times.
- No drilling, nailing, or permanent fixtures may be made to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, or heritage features.
- Decorations must be free-standing or use non-damaging methods (e.g. removable adhesive).
- Open flames, candles, incense, or any fire-based elements are strictly not allowed.
- No heavy equipment or installations that may damage flooring or exceed structural load limits.
- Furniture and layout may be adjusted but must be returned to original positions after use.
- All guests must respect the heritage nature of the space and handle fixtures, fittings, and furniture with care.
- No tampering with electrical systems, air-conditioning units, or installed equipment.
- Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level at all times; no loud music or amplified sound without prior approval.
- All windows, doors, and access points must be kept secure during and after the event.
- No illegal activities or prohibited substances are allowed on the premises.
- Food and beverages are allowed only within designated areas.
- Alcohol consumption is subject to applicable licensing requirements and house approval.
- Maximum capacity limits must be strictly observed at all times.
- The space must be vacated by the agreed booking end time.
- Any damage or loss to the property will be chargeable to the booking party.
- No confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean.
- Setup and teardown must be conducted strictly within the booked time period. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
