Design: The interior has plain white walls, a grey hard floor and bright overhead lighting that form a clear, practical backdrop. An arched alcove and freestanding shelving introduce simple architectural detail.
Features: A PA system and speakers are installed, and external DJs and guest playlists are permitted. The space includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and provides an open area suitable for dancing. Level access is provided, together with wheelchair-friendly circulation and accessible toilets.

1. Cleanliness & Trash Disposal
All trash must be cleared by the renter and disposed of inside the studio’s provided bins.
Excessive trash left outside of the bins will incur an additional cleaning fee.
If the studio is left extremely messy, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply.
2. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
3. Damages & Breakages
Once broken, considered sold.
Any losses, damages, stains, dislodged items, excessive scratches, broken LED lights, spoiled wires, or any item found faulty due to misuse will be charged accordingly.
4. Time Usage & Overtime
Please vacate the studio on time based on your booking schedule.
A 15-minute grace period is given.
After the grace period, additional overtime charges will apply.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Yes, tables and chairs are available, and 10 12-seater tables can be set up beforehand.
No, there are no specific noise restrictions. Karaoke sessions until midnight have been fine, provided the noise is not so loud that other units on other levels complain.
