Araya is a Michelin‑starred Chilean restaurant presented as a compact, counter‑centred dining venue where the kitchen and service are the focus of the experience.

Design: The interior pairs a curved stone counter and a rounded back‑bar arch with low ceilings, pendant lighting and soft drapery, using warm stone surfaces and muted earth tones to create an enclosed, focused dining room.

Features: The venue includes a curved service counter and an adjoining bar area used for chef‑led, plated service and front‑of‑house interaction. The venue provides a PA system and speakers, permits own music and external DJs, and includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The venue is step‑free, wheelchair accessible and fitted with accessible toilets; a configurable dance floor area is available when required.
