Bar.Ter is a design-forward spirits bar and bottle shop in Singapore built on one principle: no-nonsense hospitality. The space blends warm cream tones with deep forest green accents, creating an intimate yet modern environment that feels elevated without being pretentious.
We curate an extensive selection across categories — bourbon, rye, single malt, rum, tequila, agave spirits, and rare limited releases — alongside an evolving cocktail programme that leans progressive rather than traditional. Bar.Ter regularly hosts guided tastings, brand takeovers, product launches, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, birthday parties, anniversary events, and curated spirits masterclasses. The venue is ideal for guests who want an experience that goes beyond standard bar packages. We guide, educate, and tailor each individual experience to you and your guests.
The space can be configured for seated tastings, standing receptions, or semi-private to private events. Facilities include a fully equipped professional bar, curated sound system, flexible seating arrangements, and tailored beverage programmes designed in collaboration with our team. For food, we collaborate with trusted culinary partners to provide curated catering options — from elevated bar bites to full dinner pairings — allowing events to be fully customised according to your needs.

Final minimum spend and event terms will be confirmed upon enquiry and may vary depending on guest count, event duration extensions, custom beverage programmes, catering requirements, and special requests.

We’re flexible and easy to work with — these guidelines simply help your event run smoothly and keep Bar.Ter in good shape for everyone after you.
Respect the Space -- Bar.Ter is a working bar, not an empty event hall. Please handle furniture and fixtures with care. No taping, nailing, drilling, or sticking anything to surfaces without prior approval.
Décor & Setup -- Light décor is welcome. Larger installations or external rigging must be approved in advance. All décor must be cleared by the end of your booking.
Food & Catering -- External catering is permitted for exclusive events only and must be pre-approved. We can recommend trusted partners familiar with the space.
Drinks -- All alcohol served must go through Bar.Ter unless otherwise agreed. Custom drink packages or bespoke menus can be arranged with advance notice.
Timing & Overtime -- Please keep to your agreed booking hours. Extensions may be possible subject to availability; additional hourly charges apply.
Storage -- Short-term storage (up to 24 hours pre/post) may be available on request, subject to space and security.
Damage, Liability & Insurance -- Accidents happen. Please flag them early so we can resolve them quickly. Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be billed accordingly. Event organisers are responsible for their own insurance. Bar.Ter is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or third-party property.
Cleaning -- Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning or waste removal may incur additional charges.
Smoking -- No smoking indoors. A designated smoking area is available outside along South Bridge Road.
Cancellations -- 21+ days: full deposit refund. 14+ days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: deposit forfeited. Where possible, we’ll try to accommodate reschedules within the same quarter, subject to availability.
Conduct -- We reserve the right to refuse entry or halt service if behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful toward staff or property.
