• Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed.
• Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and open flames are not allowed.
• Any damages to the venue, furniture, equipment, or décor may result in additional charges.
• Guests are requested to keep noise levels reasonable and respect neighbouring businesses.
• Furniture and layout changes must be discussed in advance.
• All guests and vendors must vacate the venue by the agreed booking end time.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• Workshop materials and equipment provided by the venue should be handled with care.
• RALOVS reserves the right to refuse bookings or stop events that may cause safety issues, excessive disturbance, or damage to the venue.
