Portaloos: Required if the crowd exceeds a certain threshold. If not provided, an additional toilet cleaning fee will apply.

$4,275/ day + GST. Bump-in, bump out also counted. Need to prepay before event, and also need security deposit of $3,000. Power and water not included. Cannot provide power, will need to provide approved genset, provide waste management plan, and also portaloo if above crowd threshold. If no portaloo provided, need to include cleaning fee (toilets)
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
