Host rules
If the client wishes to cancel the event, the German Centre shall be notified at least 30 days before the event date. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail to the German Centre.
If the German Centre is notified of the above-mentioned cancellation less than:
15 to 30 days: 50% of the total fee will be charged
8 to 14 days: 75% of the total fee will be charged
7 days or less: 100% of the total fee will be charged
House Rules
1. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Kindly use the designated outdoor smoking area.
2. Food & Beverages
Light snacks and drinks are permitted. Please avoid food with strong odours and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
3. Cleanliness
Leave the room as you found it. Please clear personal items, rubbish, and used materials after your session.
4. Furniture & Equipment
Do not move furniture or equipment without prior approval. Any damages will be charged to the organiser.
5. Noise Levels
Please keep noise to a reasonable level so as not to disturb other tenants in the building.
6. Time Management
Ensure your meeting ends on time. Additional usage beyond your booking may incur extra charges.
