This room is 2 of 5 large rooms that we have here at the NRC. This room comes complete with Full 86” touch screen with audio and conference call facilities, AC, Windows, lights, Microphones, Lapel microphones and Flip chart.
There is also free WIFI across the building. This room can cater up to 55 max in theatre style, other styles available are cabaret, board room, u-shape.

Rules of the space
The clients shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of their delegates and shall ensure that their delegates have regard to any regulations imposed by any competent authority and that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law. The client shall fully indemnify ABDO and the venue against any claims, or loss or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause.
Prior written approval must be obtained if you wish to fix items to the walls, floors or ceilings. ABDO will hold the client responsible for any damage caused through negligence by the client, the client’s guests or the client’s contractors. An inspection of the premises before and after the event may be requested by contacting the ABDO Duty Manager.
Where any facilities or services are booked, ABDO will not be liable to make any refunds shall the delegates fail or refuse to use them for whatever reason and full payment must be made.
Where ABDO is required to book facilities and /or services on behalf of its clients or their delegates with third parties, it will do so in good faith but cannot be held liable should the standard of those services prove deficient, nor for the acts or omissions of such third parties.
Only food and beverage purchased from ABDO at the venue may be consumed on the premises. If food or beverages are brought into the venue for consumption, a charge will be made equal to ABDO’s selling price for that or an equivalent product, which shall be in the absolute determination of ABDO and the venue.
Any special dietary requirements should be notified to ABDO at least 10 working days prior to the event start date.
For the avoidance of doubt, alcohol is not allowed to be on the premises at any time and must not be consumed on the premises. Smoking, both inside the building and on the patio area outside on floor 5 is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outside of the building in the designated area.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
Cancellations up to 24 hours from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
