Wedding Exclusive Hire at The Bond
About this space
We are fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies at the Gatehouse, which can seat up to 160 guests. It’s a contemporary, airy space and overlooking its own private wharf. If you really want to make a splash, you could even arrive by boat.
Once you’re legally wed, you and your guests can move outside (weather permitting) or into The Canopy for a Champagne reception and canapés.
The Canopy is our largest event space, tastefully surrounded by glass, with striking views of the canal. The room can accommodate seated wedding breakfasts for up to 190 guests.

About The Bond
The Bond is Birmingham’s newest events venue. Skilfully reimagined from a landmark industrial building in downtown Digbeth, every nook and cranny have a fascinating history. Set against the backdrop of the Grand Union canal it is a spectacular venue for any event.
Our building is an outstanding 19th century converted warehouse with a majestic front and fine cobbled entrance court surrounded by original buildings.
