Our Aphrodite Suite at the Midlands Greek and Cypriot Association is a versatile room made to host many types of events, from cultural celebrations to corporate gatherings and everything in between. With a capacity of up to 250 guests, this space on our first floor has its own bar and private kitchen, making it ideal for both smaller and larger celebrations, such as weddings, community events, or private functions.

(Minimum numbers of 40 apply for our Apollo Suite)
Room hire from 12pm until midnight on the day of your event
(pre-event access on the day for set-up is included)

Please contact your Event Manager with your chosen caterer who will need to provide disposable plates and cutlery for your event. Your caterer will have full access to our kitchen with the intent that the premises will be cleared to a satisfactory condition, cleaned and rubbish disposed of.

- No smoking in the building
- A retainer will be asked for all event bookings and will be returned to the client after the event has passed and the space is left in a satisfactory condition.
- Outside caterers are allowed, but the facilities will need to be left in satisfactory condition.
