We chose Comfort Inn for its low cost and convenience and it proved to be both very low cost and very convenient, so can have no complaints. It's a small, slightly shabby venue as you might expect from the price but everything delivered as promised, clean enough and staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was OK
Water was served in dirty jugs with mould on the inside of them Tea / Coffee charged at £3 per person - this was self serve sachets, effectively charging us £3 for a cup of hot water. Tables had bedsheets over them Room smelt damp & was dingy Projector wasn't ready or setup for our arrival - then questioned if we had paid for it further delaying meeting start. Location is OK just outside of New Street. Wouldn't use thus venue again - really poor.
