The staff at the Pitcher & Piano are all so helpful and accomodating, nothing is too much trouble. The package is excellent value for money and the quality of the food and service makes the cost an absolute bargain.
The air conditioning in the room could do with some attention, it was so loud.

Yes, an HDMI lead is required to connect to the screen. The venue supplies the lead but not any adapters.

Yes, the room has a large TV screen with an HDMI connection and cable. There is no webcam, so the call runs through a laptop and displays on the TV; the other caller will only see the laptop webcam view.
