Host rules

- No smoking on the property - anyone who wishes to smoke must stay on the sidewalk.
- No candles or open flames.
- Alcohol requires a special event permit. We can apply on your behalf (fees apply).
- Any events held for commercial purposes or rentals by a business entity require English Testing Canada (ETC) Ltd. to be added to the renter's commercial liability insurance.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Built in 1888 by architects Langley & Burke, Foy House features beautiful wood ornamentation and terracotta panelling.
