WE HAVE
1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it.
Your booking includes full use of our photography studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and premium Marshall speaker.

All decor & furniture can be moved around but please be careful when moving large items. Please move items back when you're done with them. Our studio is constantly evolving so props & furniture may change from time to time. If there is a specific piece you require, please let us know before booking.
AMENITIES
Shared kitchenette & washrooms (in the building common area, right outside the studio)
*Event rates start at $250/hour (pricing + cleaning fee may differ depending on the day & time or type of event, so please message us for more details)
**Food & Drinks are allowed. However for large events with food + drinks, a cleaning fee of $250 will apply. If you're planning to bring in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit), and a bartender is required to serve (we can source one for you at an additional cost if needed).
***For large evening events, security will be required at an additional fee.
Prices
All day weekend package includes venue rental from 10am-1am (loud/live music and bar must close by 12:30am)
We also offer 2 other options:
Daytime package (10am-5pm): $1550 + tax
Evening package (6pm-1am): $1950 + tax
*Please also account for your setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
*For all evenings that will be serving food and drinks, we require an additional cleaning fee of $200 + tax and the possibility of a security guard for $40/hr (security only needed after 7pm).
