Beautiful rehearsal and workshop studio near Ossington subway station.
This 30'x60' studio has 13 ft high ceilings with sprung dance floors and is one open space. It is located on the 3rd floor. Please note there are no elevators.

The studio comes with:
- 10 chairs
- 2 Speakers and Mixer (cords not provided. Please request more information if you would like to use this system)
- Kitchenette with fridge and microwave.

Host rules
Please leave the studio as you find it, the next renter will greatly appreciate it. A cleaning charge will be levied against renters who do not leave the studio in an appropriate state.
Please use electrical tape if you need to put marks on the floor, and remove it to leave the space as you found it. Shoes that make marks on the floor are not allowed in the studio.
No animal of any kind is allowed in the studio.
Renters will be charged for any damage caused to the studio or equipment made during their rental period.
Please vacate the space promptly at the conclusion of your booked time.
