The studio is approx. 1700 square feet with a fully functioning kitchen as well as a private bathroom with shower.
Parking is available for multiple vehicles and street parking is also free. WIFI is available as is a stereo system with 4 speakers for easy hook up to an iPhone or computer to play whatever music you prefer.
Access is via a passenger door or a 10x10 garage door for street level loading and unloading.
